These terms are an agreement between you and ShiftSetu ("we", "us") for the use of ShiftSetu (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you use the service for a company, you accept them on that company's behalf.
1. The service
ShiftSetu is online software for packers and movers. It lets a company record customers, orders, shipments, vehicles, staff, payments and documents, and gives its customers a page to follow their shipment.
2. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.
- Keep passwords confidential. You are responsible for what happens under the logins of your company account.
- Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without permission.
3. Trial, plans and fees
- A new company account starts with a free trial of 14 days.
- After the trial, continued use requires a plan. The current plans and their limits are shown on the pricing page.
- Fees are charged for the billing period of your plan and are payable in advance unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes are added where they apply.
- We may change plans or prices. A change takes effect at the start of your next billing period, and we will tell you beforehand.
4. Your data
- The records you enter belong to you. We use them only to provide the service, as described in the privacy policy.
- You are responsible for the information you enter about your customers and staff, and for having the right to store and use it.
- You decide what is shown on your tracking pages. Anyone with a tracking number can open the page for that order.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the service for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to store;
- try to access another company's account or data;
- interfere with the service, test its security without our written consent, or place an unreasonable load on it;
- resell or copy the service, or attempt to extract its source code.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available and to protect your data, but we do not promise that it will be free of interruptions or errors. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice where we can.
7. Our rights
The software, its design and the ShiftSetu name belong to us or our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service while your account is active. They do not transfer ownership of any part of it.
8. Suspension and ending the agreement
- You may stop using the service and close your account at any time.
- We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or whose fees remain unpaid.
- If an account is closed, you may ask us for a copy of your records within a reasonable time, after which they may be deleted.
9. Disclaimer
The service is a tool for managing your own business. We are not a party to the contracts between a moving company and its customers, and we are not responsible for the transport, handling, loss or damage of any goods.
10. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, business or data. Our total liability for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. If a change is significant we will tell account holders in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the place where ShiftSetu is established, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction over any dispute.
